ABOUT US

Coaction Management Solutions' initial purpose to nonprofit organizations was to reduce unnecessary expenses and widen the reach of the people they served. When the global pandemic of 2020 caused many fledgling businesses to be pushed to the brink of collapse we expanded our model to include small-to-mid sized businesses and local governments. Our foundation never changed - to provide personalized and tailored service to each customer.

Small-to-mid sized companies are experiencing an imbalance in employee productivity. Some employees work very hard while others, with generally similar job descriptions, do not. This leads to reduced profits, or unacceptable employee turnover. Upper management is sometimes unaware of the unequal distribution of work because departments and sections tend to meet organizational goals.

Meet the Team
Robert K. Bandy, Jr.
Our President and CEO, Robert K. Bandy, Jr. has a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University.
​
Robert spent 21 years enlisted in the Army and is a veteran of the Iraq war. He began consulting in 2014, reviewing case studies on some of the biggest banks in the United States and offering his services pro bono to nonprofit organizations in Maryland. He also serves as the Director of Training Operations for a veteran owned training and analytics firm and is trained in Lean Six Sigma and the Kirkpatrick Model of training evaluation. Robert loves researching and sports.
Khalia D. Jackson
Our Lead Project Manager is Khalia D. Jackson. She has a Master of Science in Information Technology and Project Management from the University of Maryland University College.
​
Khalia serves on the board of directors for two nonprofit organizations and has an extensive background in project management. She has managed multi-million dollar contracts and provided consulting for veteran-owned businesses. She has been doing project management, both as a volunteer and paid consultant, since 2016.
